Beta pricing: no performance fees are charged or accrued today. We plan to introduce an additional fee based on realized trading gains. The rate, calculation rules, and start date will be announced before activation. Performance fees will apply only to subsequent trading.
Paper plans have a fixed subscription price. Live plans will combine a slot subscription with a performance fee once introduced. Beta slot prices may change; any changes to existing subscriptions will be communicated before they take effect.
Understand your slots
Each slot holds one saved bot. Slots are reusable: deleting a bot frees its slot; stopped bots still occupy slots. The live bundle’s paper slot stays available for the same annual subscription period.
Paper trades use simulated funds. The subscription is paid, but simulated trades do not put real trading funds at risk. Live bots trade real funds in your exchange account and can lose money.
Renewals, cancellation, and access
Cancel in Profile → Billing to retain access until your paid period ends. Deleting a bot does not cancel your subscription. Failed base-plan renewals have a 14-day grace period; additional slots end at their paid-through date. After expiry, bots stop and open orders are cancelled; holdings and history remain. Payment restores access; restart bots manually.
Additional-slot subscriptions renew separately. When your last base access ends, their future renewals stop automatically while paid slots remain usable through their own paid-through dates. Use Cancel all renewals in Profile → Billing to stop every subscription.
If fewer slots remain than saved bots, the oldest bots retain access. Delete stopped bots to free those slots.
