Direct answers about Anchor Grids: hosted bots, paper versus live trading, Binance US support, saved bot slots, beta fees, and cancellation.
What is Anchor Grids?
Anchor Grids is a hosted bot platform with paper and live trading modes, a Bridge for managing saved bots, and a browser dashboard. You do not need to manage a bot server.

Paper bots use simulated funds, while live bots trade real funds in your exchange account and can lose money. The paper subscription itself is paid. Simulated results are not a guarantee of live performance.

Each slot holds one saved bot. Stopped bots still occupy slots. Deleting a saved bot frees its slot for reuse; deleting a bot does not cancel your subscription.

The current live exchange integration is Binance US. This does not mean Binance.com or every exchange is supported. Check the Bridge for currently available markets and confirm your account eligibility with the exchange.
Review exchange supportAre performance fees charged during beta?
No performance fees are charged or accrued today under the current beta terms. A performance fee is planned; its rate, calculation rules, and start date will be announced before activation and will apply only to subsequent trading.

Use Profile → Billing to cancel renewals. Paid slots remain available through their paid-through dates. Deleting a bot does not cancel its subscription. Additional-slot subscriptions renew separately; review the plans page for access and expiry rules.

No. Live bots can lose money. Hosting and automation do not remove market, execution, or operational risk, and paper results do not establish what a live bot will earn.
